Refund policy
Every care has been taken by us in the preparation of the content of our website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are accurate at the time of posting the product on the website, and that all products are fairly described. All prices and offers are subject to change.
We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible in the event that the goods you have ordered are unavailable, or otherwise where we need to reject your order. In the event that we reject your order, a full refund will be offered.
Products can vary slightly from their pictures. We have aimed to ensure that the colours of our products appearing on our website are as near as possible to the colour of the product. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your computer equipment, and accordingly, we are unable to guarantee the precise colour of the product on delivery.
RETURNING A VINTAGE PRODUCT
We hope that you love your Kept purchase. However, if you wish to return your item, we offer a 10 day return policy from date of receipt. Please notify us of your return as soon as possible. The item will be fully refunded (excluding any shipping cost) as long as it is returned in its original condition within 10 days. Please note, the customer is responsible for any return shipping and insurance costs; Kept London is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during their return to us. Once we have received your return, we will credit your account within 7 working days.
Please note all our items are antique or vintage and therefore may not always be in perfect condition and may show signs of wear due to their age.

THE KEPT COLLECTION
Our products are made to order, because of this we will only consider a refund if the item is damaged upon arrival. If you suspect something is wrong with the item received, please email hello@keptlondon.com within 24hrs of receipt of your order to discuss your refund or remedial options.
For all Kept Furniture items, a lead time applies as pieces are made to order. Please bear this in mind when ordering. Occasionally things happen that are outside of our control and may cause a delay to your order. We will do our best to keep these to a minimum and will keep you updated on the progress of your order until completion.
On enquiry of a Kept Furniture piece, the quoted price does not include delivery or shipping unless specifically stated. We will provide quotes for carriage on confirmation of the delivery address. We deliver to the UK (mainland) for these items.
You are responsible for taking note of the sizes of items supplied on our website. We cannot accept the return of items that do not fit through doorways, or are incorrectly specified for the space.
