Shipping Policy


VINTAGE PRODUCTS

Our team will endeavour to dispatch small items within three days of purchase. If for any reason this is not possible we will contact you. Shipping will be completed through a registered courier service and you will be provided a tracking number. 

For larger pieces, we are able to courier items within the UK (mainland only). Please note that delivery of furniture or larger items may take 1 to 2 weeks if being couriered outside of London. 

For international shipments, please get in touch with us. We offer international shipping to most countries for smaller items and costs are calculated at the checkout. We do not calculate or collect any import duties or taxes as these are the sole responsibility of the customer who will pay the relevant taxes & duties to the relevant tax authorities via the courier firm. While we may sometimes discuss what those costs may be for illustrative purposes we do not hold these discussions to be authoritative of the tax or duty position in your local jurisdiction. Similarly we accept no responsibility whatsoever for any costs arising from delays caused by the courier or authorities in your country holding the goods pending payment or other compliance. For the avoidance of doubt, you are the importer and while we try to be as helpful as possible, import compliance is the customer's sole responsibility.

Please note, the customer is responsible for any return shipping and insurance costs; Kept London is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during their return to us. Please notify us if your order does not arrive within 30 days of purchase. 

THE KEPT COLLECTION

The Kept Collection pieces are hand-made from natural materials so there will be slight variations from item to item.  

For all Kept Collection pieces, a lead time applies as pieces are made to order. Please bear this in mind when ordering. Occasionally things happen that are outside of our control and may cause a delay to your order. We will do our best to keep these to a minimum and will keep you updated on the progress of your order until completion.

On enquiry of all Kept Collection pieces, the quoted price does not include delivery or shipping unless specifically stated. We will provide quotes for carriage on confirmation of the delivery address. We deliver to the UK (mainland) for these items. We do want every item to be received in the best condition possible so please let us know should something arrive in a condition that's unexpected and please endeavour to get in touch as soon as possible. 

You are responsible for taking note of the sizes of items supplied on our website. We cannot accept the return of items that do not fit through doorways, or are incorrectly specified for the space.
