Shipping Policy

Our team will endeavour to dispatch small items within three days of purchase. If for any reason this is not possible we will contact you. Shipping will be completed through a registered courier service and you will be provided a tracking number. 

For larger pieces, we are able to courier items within the UK (mainland only). Please contact us for larger pieces and we will provide a quote for you. Please note that delivery of furniture or larger items may take 1 to 2 weeks if being couriered outside of London. 

For international shipments, please get in touch with us. Kept London will not be responsible for any import duties and taxes that are incurred for shipping outside of the United Kingdom. 

Please note, the customer is responsible for any return shipping and insurance costs; Kept London is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during their return to us. Please notify us if your order does not arrive within 30 days of purchase.
